Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

The service is intended for users age 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for determining whether use of the service—and any participation through an authorized seller—is lawful where you are. Choosing a market does not verify your age, residence, or physical location. State lottery purchase ages and location rules may be stricter.

2. Service scope and boundary

AiNumeriq provides informational tools for viewing historical official results, exploring statistics, applying strategies, and creating personal number combinations. It does not sell tickets or wagers, process entry or prize payments, verify tickets, conduct drawings, or provide official operator services. Generated combinations are not tickets and do not enter you in a drawing.

AiNumeriq is not affiliated with or endorsed by Powerball, Mega Millions, Lotto America, Millionaire for Life, MUSL, or any lottery operator. Operator and game names belong to their respective owners.

3. Official results and data freshness

Results are compiled from official sources for informational use. Transmission, source availability, or update delays may occur. If information conflicts, only the applicable lottery operator’s official result controls. Do not rely on AiNumeriq as the sole source for ticket or prize verification.

4. AI and statistical limitations

Analyses, scores, rankings, strategies, and number suggestions use historical data and user preferences. They do not predict a random drawing, change the odds of winning, or guarantee a prize, return, or particular outcome. Content is not financial, investment, or professional advice.

5. Account security

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use to [email protected]. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, you are responsible for activity using your account.

6. Plans, trials, subscriptions, and the weekly add-on

Free-plan limits and paid features appear in the app. If a trial is offered, its duration, eligibility, and the charge that begins afterward are disclosed at Store checkout. Apple App Store or Google Play checkout is the controlling source for price, currency, taxes, billing period, and purchase terms.

Unless checkout says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically until canceled. The weekly add-on is a one-time entitlement for the period and quota shown at purchase; it does not replace a subscription and is not presented as an auto-renewing subscription.

7. Cancellation, restoration, and refunds

Manage or cancel a subscription in the subscription settings of the Apple or Google account used to buy it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period under the Store’s terms. Eligible purchases can be restored with the same Store account. Apple or Google handles refund requests under its policies and applicable mandatory law.

Uninstalling the app or deleting your AiNumeriq account does not automatically cancel a Store subscription. Cancel it separately through the Store before deleting your account.

8. Advertising and third-party services

The free experience may display ads through Google Mobile Ads. AiNumeriq does not control an advertiser’s products, apps, or claims. If you see a lottery, gambling, real-money gaming, deceptive-winnings, or otherwise inappropriate ad, use the ad’s reporting control and contact support. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Responsible use

Do not use the service as a source of income, a way to repay debt, or a means to chase losses. Set time and spending limits and stop if use feels difficult to control. For confidential help, visit the National Council on Problem Gambling’s help resources. State-specific minimum ages and assistance programs also apply.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the service to facilitate unlawful wagering or lottery activity; bypass security, quota, or payment controls; introduce harmful code; access another account without authorization; disrupt the service with automated or excessive requests; scrape, reverse engineer, or resell it without permission; or violate another person’s rights.

11. Intellectual property

AiNumeriq software, design, original text, and branding remain protected by their respective rights. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, noncommercial use. Official results and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Availability, changes, and suspension

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security, law, third-party interruption, or product development. We will use reasonable channels to provide notice of material adverse changes. Access may be limited for a violation, security risk, or legal requirement, subject to mandatory rights.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, constant data freshness, or that any combination will produce a result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

14. Applicable law and consumer rights

Applicable U.S. federal and state law governs according to ordinary conflict-of-law rules. These Terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot be waived under the law of your state. No arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by this version of the Terms.

15. Changes and contact
