Privacy Policy and Notice at Collection

This policy explains personal-data practices for the AiNumeriq mobile app, public website, support channels, and account-deletion process.

Release gate: the legal name and notice address of the provider shown in the Store developer listing must appear here verbatim, and legal-owner approval must be completed, before production publication.

1. Provider and scope

The provider offering the service under the AiNumeriq name is the provider identified in the applicable app store listing. Send privacy requests to [email protected] and general support requests to [email protected].

AiNumeriq is not a lottery operator and does not process ticket, wager, or prize payments. This policy does not govern Apple, Google, official lottery operators, or third-party sites you choose to visit; their own notices apply.

TR/US market selection is a content preference, not a statement of citizenship, residence, or physical location. The public web selector does not use GPS or infer a market from your IP. It stores the selection in browser localStorage.

3. Sources and purposes

Information may come directly from you, automatically from app/web use, and from Apple App Store, Google Play, advertising/analytics, push, or error-monitoring providers. We process it to:

  • Provide accounts, market-scoped draw data, analytics, generated combinations, and saved history.
  • Verify Store transactions and administer plans, trials, quotas, refunds, and weekly add-ons.
  • Send opted-in push notifications, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, and deter abuse.
  • Use limited Firebase Analytics product events, serve ads through Google Mobile Ads, and—when enabled—use Sentry crash/diagnostic reporting, subject to configuration, notice, and required permission.
  • Handle support, privacy rights, disputes, legal compliance, and audit obligations.

Where consent is legally required, processing occurs only after the required choice. Denying tracking or notifications does not by itself block core account or paid functionality. You can change system tracking, in-app notification, and available service-permission settings.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed as needed by hosting/infrastructure providers; Apple App Store and Google Play; Google Firebase Analytics and Google Mobile Ads; Expo push infrastructure; Sentry when enabled; and authorized support, security, and legal providers. Each provider also publishes its own privacy terms. Information is disclosed to government authorities only in response to a valid legal requirement or to protect rights and security as allowed by law.

AiNumeriq does not sell personal information for money. When personalized advertising is enabled, advertising identifiers or activity handled by an ad SDK may qualify as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under some state privacy laws even without monetary payment. You may decline system tracking permission and contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right. We do not knowingly use precise location or sensitive personal information for targeted advertising.

5. Retention and deletion

  • Active account, preference, and user-content data is kept while the service is provided.
  • An authenticated deletion request disables access immediately. Primary account and user-content data is permanently deleted by the end of an irreversible 30-day deletion queue; the process ends in deletion, not temporary deactivation.
  • A narrowly required portion of Store/refund, fraud-prevention, security, and audit records may remain for the legally required or reasonably necessary period, with restricted access or de-identification where feasible.
  • Temporary export files expire and are cleaned up. Device-local data can be removed by uninstalling the app or using operating-system storage controls.

Request an export in app Settings before deletion. If you cannot use the app, use the external request path on the account deletion page. Manage a Store subscription separately in your Apple/Google account.

6. United States privacy choices and rights

Depending on your state and whether the applicable law covers AiNumeriq, you may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain sensitive-information uses; and appeal a denied request. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable right.

Send a request from your account email to [email protected] and describe the right requested. We may verify your identity and authorized-agent authority without asking for a password, full receipt, or payment-card data. We respond within the period required by applicable law. Where legally required and technically applicable, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control on the relevant web surface.

California residents can review the California Attorney General’s CCPA summary. AiNumeriq has not knowingly sold personal information for money. Rights described here do not imply that every state privacy statute applies to the service.

7. Children and age restriction

The service is intended for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child supplied information, contact us for verification and deletion. Parents can review the FTC’s COPPA information.

8. Security and policy changes

Controls include encrypted transport, password hashing, role-based access, user/market isolation, rate limiting, auditing, and expiring export links. No system can promise absolute security. A verified incident is assessed and notified as required by applicable law.

Material policy changes are published with a new revision and an appropriate notice. Continued use does not replace consent where the law requires a separate affirmative choice.
